The Center of Students Excellence participates in Expo 2020 Dubai

The University of Nizwa participated in the Sultanate’s pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, which is  held in the United Arab Emirates. It should be noted that the Sultanate is participating in Expo 2020 Dubai with 192 other countries under the slogan “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future".

The Sultanate’s pavilion was designed in a distinctive modern style inspired by one of the icon's nature of the Sultanate, the frankincense tree. It was divided into five sections that simulate in its content the story of the frankincense life cycle through its five stages. It should be mentioned that the devices, equipment and technologies that used in the pavilion were designed, manufactured and implemented by young Omani talents. 
Expos are considered one of the oldest and most important global events in terms of the magnitude of the event and the interest of the global media. It aims to consolidate public understanding about human's achievements, and a successful means of communication between different peoples and civilizations.
